Trained side by side with prestigious chefs as Manuel Martinez or Chef Gabriel Biscay, Bertrand Valegeas arrives in Dubai in 2005, for the opening of the Park Hyatt Dubai.
Between 2006 and 2011 he goes back to Greece at the Grande Bretagne hotel in Athens as chef and then Executive sous Chef.
He is now at the One&Only Royal Mirage 5 ***** and manages a team of 160 chefs, on 18 sales location in the hotel.
