Emile Hébrard

After his training at the Hotel School of MarseilleEmile Hébrard evolves by travelling around France from the Alpes du Mont d’Arbois to the docks of St Tropez. Having grown up in a farm in Cévennes he develops his talent in collaboration with many Michelin starred Chefs and M.O.F before crossing Europe for Estonia.

It is in Tallinn that he makes a name for himself, within a Leading Hotels of the world in 2011, in a Seven Star & Stripes establishment. Recommanded by different important people, from CEO’s, Politicians, Lady’s Club or athletes, he sometimes even shares with them his passion in their homes.

It is in tribute to his grand father Louis Hébrard, fine gourmet with a diploma in cuisine, that this young chef creates a modern cuisine with Mediterranean flavors.

Delicate and curious, he loves to share his work, his passion, in the respect of the product. In 2012, after promoting à Russian school, he decides to start a consulting business and now travels around the world for the pleasure of his clientele, from Brazil to the Middle East, always looking for new flavors of our world.
