TE traiteur Ethique
After completing his apprenticeship, Fabrice Fontaine worked at the sides of chefs Alain Passard and Joël Robuchon. After that, he leaves for the United Kingdom, and comes back to France to join the Hotel School of Paris as professor, then as work supervisor.
He collaborates in the creation of diplomas, Dess International Hotel Management & Receptions Organization, with the ministry. Afterwards, Chef Fontaine, takes the direction of the Domaine de Chantilly and the Hippodrome, for his highness Aga Khan.
He recently joined French company Erisay Réceptions as Executive & Production Manager.
