Executive Chef Janis Zvirbulis has opened the first and only “Relais & Chateaux”  restaurant in Russia. He studied and perfected his education in French culinary school “Lycée Hotellerie et de Tourisme Saint Quentin”, and the culinary mecca of the world  - “Institute Paul Bocuse “.  He has mastered his skills in such high class French restaurants such as “La Table des Blots” (Michelin star), “N3″, “Le Domaine du Tremblay” and worked with such haute cuisine chefs as Christophe Blot, Pierre Yves Lorgeoux (Les mets du Maître cuisinier de France), Franck Ferigutti (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), Florent Boivin (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), Jérôme Langillier (Maître Pâtissier, Champion du Monde de Pâtisserie2009).
